Escape String is a 2D puzzle game that immerses players in a unique environment, featuring a small humanoid robot navigating through a factory filled with obstacles. Players guide the robot by inputting movement commands to help it jump, crouch, and overcome challenges while uncovering the mysteries of its existence and the identity of a mysterious helper. The gameplay is designed around a perspective-based puzzle mechanic where players must calculate movements and timing to succeed.
With 40 levels and 8 types of obstacles, the game offers a range of challenges, from static to dynamic obstacles, including guard robots that mimic the player's actions. To enhance the experience, players aim to complete levels with minimal commands, earning a “gold chip” for each level completed under these conditions.
